How to Achieve SEO in Your Video Descriptions — B2B R
Transcription:
Craig:
Doing that, when we have, for instance with B2B R&D, we post the video to YouTube and then put the links on the website, but we make sure the content on the page they are on is optimized for SEO, so those pages will also be optimized for SEO, sort of cross-feeding the two.
Meloney:
And you can always go back to the description and the tags and update them and change them. I do that all the time. Especially, since I have a weekly Hangout on Air, weekly HOA, and so I write up the description, which is pretty long, and believe me I’ve had some feedback on that, like “why so long”, because it’s the SEO part, but I will go back later and insert, and swap out, different words based on how the conversation actually went, because that is a live-streaming broadcast, like this one is. So, you don’t have to be fearful that you have only one shot to do this right. You can go back anytime you want.
